The Challenge

A UK-based retail business wanted to offer a loyalty program that worked seamlessly across multiple partner shops — but each store operated independently with no shared system. There was no way to track points across locations, manage redemptions centrally, or give customers a unified view of their rewards.

Our Solution

We built a centralized loyalty engine with a robust API layer that allows any third-party shop or POS system to connect and consume loyalty services. A dedicated customer-facing mobile app was developed where members can view earned points, transfer points, and access their full transaction history. The system enforces GDPR-compliant consent-based registration.
