Developed a retail management platform for the gaming and hobby industry, capable of handling a large-scale product catalog with real-time inventory visibility. The solution enhances point-of-sale operations through optimized product discovery, secure approval workflows, intelligent order management, and interactive dashboards. Custom features were built to improve purchasing efficiency, streamline sales processes, and support data-driven decision-making. The platform was designed to deliver high performance and scalability for high-volume retail operations.

The Challenge

A US-based retail store dealing in a massive variety of products — video games, card games, board games, Warhammer, D&D, movies, music, books, toys, comics, sports cards, and Funko Pops — was struggling to manage over 300,000 SKUs across its inventory. The store also offered electronics repair services, buy-and-trade programs, and in-store event space.

We implemented a comprehensive retail management platform built around a heavily customized POS system — handling standard sales, trade-ins, and repair order intake from a single interface.
