A Thailand-based business running dual operations — wholesale trading of daily goods and bag manufacturing — was managing everything through Excel spreadsheets and the LINE messaging app. Stock tracking was error-prone, and the manufacturing side was complex: hiring stitchers, tracking hourly rates, measuring efficiency, managing promotions, assigning machines, and processing employee loans — all done manually.
We built a comprehensive backend system on Odoo to manage the full manufacturing lifecycle. A custom mobile app was developed for internal staff to assign stock to stitchers, receive finished and semi-finished goods, manage inventory across multiple locations, and handle scrap material — all in real time from the factory floor.
